Fifteen characters, one letter then fourteen digits, shown on your licence as A1234-56789-01234. It is the only thing the ministry's CVOR order form asks for.
Your receipt goes here, and so does the record: the ministry shows it on screen to whoever orders it, so we email you the PDF from our address, usually within the hour, and keep no copy. Check it.
The information you enter is stored and processed in the United States, where it may be accessed by courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under US law. This decides which privacy rules apply to your order and where your data is stored. It does not need to match where your document was issued.
